Shipping & Handling

Standard 3-5 day shipping on all items. Please understand that FACE is a one-woman operation, and sometimes items take longer to pack and ship.

All packages will be sent via USPS. Items will ship UPS only if a larger item. For orders under $75, there is an auto-calculated carrier rate.

At this time, FACE offers domestic shipping only.

Returns Policy

FACE offers free returns on unopened, unused, damage-free goods in re-sellable condition. Edible items and sexual & intimate wellness products are not eligible for returns. Returns must be made within 14 days of the order ship date. If you want to make a return, please follow the steps below.

1. Please email us with your order number and a list of the items you would like to return.
2. Please go to this link to access and print your complimentary return shipping labels. Have your order # and zip code available.
3. Ship back within 14 days of the order ship date.

Packaging

In an effort to minimize waste,  products are shipped in recyclable, biodegradable, and reusable packages whenever possible.

Local pickup is available for eligible items at our Oakland location:

Orders may be picked up at FACE, 3830 Piedmont Ave, Oakland, CA. Most orders are available for pickup the same day or next business day. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Customers must complete their purchase online before arriving for pickup.
